Service Terms

A straightforward explanation of our website-design packages, quotations and project process.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. What we offer

QuickOrder NG provides website-design services, including business websites, portfolios, product catalogues, WhatsApp enquiry experiences and certain ordering-site features. The services presented on this website describe options rather than a promise that every feature is included in every package.

2. Prices are starting estimates

The advertised development prices currently start at ₦50,000 for a Starter Website, ₦90,000 for a Business Website and ₦150,000 for a Premium Ordering Website. These are introductory starting prices, not automatic fixed quotations. The final price, included pages and features, delivery timeline and revision allowance will be agreed for each project before work starts.

3. Project scope and approval

Before work begins, we will discuss your requirements and aim to confirm a written scope that covers what will be delivered, the information you need to supply, the agreed price, expected milestones, revisions and any deposit or staged payments. A WhatsApp enquiry or a visit to this website does not by itself create a paid project agreement.

4. Content, changes and timelines

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and photographs, logos or other materials you have permission to use. Timelines depend on the agreed requirements and timely delivery of your content and feedback. Additional pages, new functionality or changes outside the agreed scope may require a new quote.

5. Domains, hosting and third-party fees

Domain registration, paid hosting, premium templates, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are not included in the displayed development prices unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment gateways, secure user accounts, dashboards and integrations require separate technical assessment and pricing.

6. Payment, handover and ownership

Payment arrangements, project handover, access credentials and rights in custom work will be described in the individual written project agreement. This website does not process payments or collect card information. Any cancellation or refund terms should also be agreed in writing and remain subject to applicable law.

7. Sample website and limitations

The Mama Tola Kitchen website is a working demonstration of an ordering interface. Its restaurant name, food prices and order details are illustrative. It is not a real restaurant, does not accept payment and does not transmit food orders to a vendor.

We make reasonable efforts to keep this showcase available and accurate, but availability or performance of third-party services such as hosting and WhatsApp is not guaranteed.

8. Questions and applicable agreements

These terms provide a general explanation of our services. Specific written project terms take precedence where applicable, subject to relevant law. For quotations or service questions, WhatsApp 08034033808 or 08138677892.

For substantial client contracts, payment disputes or formal legal compliance, obtain advice from a qualified professional in Nigeria.
