Privacy Policy
How we handle website visits, messages and the information used in our demonstration website.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About this policy
This page explains how QuickOrder NG handles information when you visit our website, browse our demonstration restaurant, or contact us about website design. QuickOrder NG is the public-facing name for these services.
2. Information you choose to share
If you contact us through WhatsApp, you may share your name, phone number, business name, project details and other information you include in your message. We use that information to answer your enquiry, discuss a quotation, provide agreed services and handle project-related communication.
We do not ask you to submit bank-card details through this website. Any future project payments and payment instructions will be agreed directly with you, outside this website.
3. Browsing data and external services
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser or security data, to deliver and protect the site. The website uses Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google's font services when loading pages.
Clicking a WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, where information is handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. This website does not currently use an advertising pixel or a sign-in account system.
4. The Mama Tola Kitchen sample
Mama Tola Kitchen is a fictional restaurant used only to demonstrate how a catalogue, basket and order preview can work. Your selected basket items may be saved in your own browser's local storage so the demonstration remembers them. The sample checkout uses any name, phone number and order notes you type to prepare a message preview on your device.
In demonstration mode, the sample checkout does not submit orders or customer details to a restaurant or to a QuickOrder NG order database. Information is only shared outside the page if you choose to copy it or open a third-party contact link. We recommend using made-up details while testing the sample.
5. Keeping and protecting information
We aim to keep WhatsApp enquiries and project records only while reasonably necessary to respond, manage an agreed project, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the accounts used for the service, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can decide what information to include in a WhatsApp enquiry. You can clear basket selections saved by the demonstration using the basket controls or your browser's storage settings. If you want to ask about the information you shared with us, or request correction or deletion where applicable, contact us using the details below.
7. Contact and changes
For privacy-related enquiries, contact QuickOrder NG on WhatsApp: 08034033808 or 08138677892. We may update this page when our website features or practices change.
This notice describes the current website and its demo features. It should be reviewed whenever new payment tools, analytics, forms or customer accounts are added.
